Will my order be sent and handled quickly and discreetly?

Definitely, we respect and understand our customers want and expect nothing but complete privacy in any transaction with us. All orders are sent in plain satchels or Courier bag, with No description or reference to the contents of the bag. This means you can safely have the items sent to your work if this is more convenient for you. Your Credit card statement will also appear discreetly as Tek Distribution. If we do need to contact you we will only speak to or e-mail the person that placed the order, we will not discuss the details of the order with anyone other than the purchaser.

When will I get my order?

Our Internet store runs directly from our stock database. That means all of our displayed products shown are available for IMMEDIATE DELIVERY *. Unlike many "so called" online stores we hold stock here for you so from the time you place the order to the time your product arrives is kept to a minimum and in most cases you will receive your order in 1 –2 working days (Subject to location and delivery method chosen). nzorders@tekdistrubution.co.nz

Why won't this website display correctly?

This Internet site is Dynamic, this means pages should be reloaded from our server each time they are viewed. They should not be displayed from any form of cache, this normally happens on either your P.C or Proxy Servers at your ISP. To Switch off Caching on your P.C follow these simple instructions.

Open Internet Explorer.
From the 'View' or 'Tools' menu, click Internet Options.
Click the General tab.
Click the Settings button.
Select "Every visit to the page" for how often to check for newer versions of stored pages.

Problems with display width? - Turn off or Close any History or Favorite Toolbars.

What is your Price Guarantee?

We constantly check our pricing against our competitors and know we are often mauch cheaper in many cases. We believe you are entitled to the best price, regardless of when you want to shop. However should you happen to find an identical item advertised on a New Zealand Website at a cheaper price let us know. We will match any New Zealand competitors advertised price and beat that price by a further 10%. That’s our commitment to you.

What is G.S.T.?

G.S.T is a Tax levied by the Government that is only applicable to New Zealand residents. Should you not live in New Zealand, and the goods are for export out of New Zealand, you will not be charged any G.S.T. on your purchase from us. This means our international customers can purchase from us Tax or Duty Free! Saving you even more. For those in New Zealand sorry but you know the score.

How is my order shipped within New Zealand?

You can choose how you would like to receive your order. New Zealand Orders are sent either via Express Post or Courier, all methods are traceable and insured. On shipping of your parcel you will receive notification via e-mail with the shipping number for tracking.

Expected delivery times vary depending on location however please use below as a guideline

Regular Post – Next working day to Most Cities, 2-3 days otherwise.
Courier – Next working day to most areas

Do you deliver to International Customers?

How much do you charge for delivery?

All delivery prices are quoted online prior to you confirming the purchase. You will be provided with a quote as to the cost of delivery based on delivery method, delivery location and size of your order. This way you can choose the delivery method that best suits your needs and budget.

I don't trust sending my Credit Card Details over the Internet

There’s no need to worry. We employ Secure Server Technology. This is the safest form of encryption available on the Internet today. (Banks and Stockbrokers use it to transfer their money!) If you're still worried that’s OK. We can still help you. When you place your order you can choose to Fax, Mail or Telephone your order and payment details to us. Just go through the checkout as normal and choose the method that suits you best.

Do you have a payment system alternate to Credit Cards?

Yes - You can send us a cheque or money order by mail, Another method is to Direct Deposit (T/T) to our account. All these methods are described clearly in the checkout wizard.

To make use of alternate payment methods please place your order normally, Select the payment method you wish to use and we will look after the rest. Please note Cheque / Money Orders must be cleared before any goods will be despatched.

How will I know what is happening with my order?

We advise you of every step of your order. When we receive an order we process and package it for dispatch. We then e-mail you with your Order number and delivery number so as you know to expect the delivery.
