During those long weeks and months at sea, things get pretty boring.  So boring, in fact, that sailors often make up little games to keep themselves amused.

Unfortunately, the sailors aboard the Australian ship HMAS Success made up a game that went too far.

Their game, called “The Ledger,” involved assigning a dollar value to each of the female sailors on the ship.  Male sailors won cash for managing to get their shipmates into bed.  They could win extra “points” for having sex in unusual locations or scoring with a female officer or lesbian.

No word on who won the game, as it’s been shut down by formal inquiry.

There’s absolutely no excuse for that kind of behavior, especially as it was accompanied by bullying and plying the female sailors with alcohol to get them to agree.

However, without excusing the sex antics of HMAS Success crew, we thought of a few sex games ourselves in the spirit of The Ledger.

Sailor Game #1 - For Couples

Set up a barter system with your other half based on exchanging sex acts for goods and services.  Mowing the lawn could cost a blowjob, say.  (Please note that a willing participant IS required.)

Sailor Game #2 – For Singles

The next time you go out on the town with your friends, give yourselves some incentive to chat up attractive members of the opposite sex.  Maybe engaging an attractive woman in conversation could win you a beer, while dancing with her could win a bowl of chips.

Sailor Game #3 – For Couples

If your sex life has gotten dull lately, try motivating yourselves by engaging in a little friendly competition.  Each week, one of you gets a turn at seducing your partner in the hottest, most novel way possible.  Think hot dates, strip teases, outdoor sex, etc.  At the end of the month, the winner of the hottest seduction gets a prize of their choosing.
